Father Rooster
Project description: Improvements to Restaurant
Father Rooster enjoys a well deserved legendary status in Costa Rican beach culture. Ocotal Beach is a natural jewel, and a large population of Ticos have memories of visits to Ocotal and Father Rooster dating back decades.
In 2020 the owner approached us to explore a more personalized touch to a pending renovation for the Back of House. First we entered as builders, then, helped redesign the project as the demolition showed opportunities to improve upon the initial plan. After the Kitchen and BOH, came the Bar, then, Bathrooms and Landscaping. The Kitchen remains the largest success and source of pride, as the staff now can work with a greater deal of cool and ease.
